ChileRoasting.com started in 2006 as an outgrowth of our very popular CoffeeRoastersClub website.  People kept asking if they could use our coffee roaster drums & machines for roasting chiles.  We thought, "Why not?"

Now for over 5 years and going strong we have offered customers our Chile Roasting Drums. Our family run business uses only the finest in quality materials to construct each chile roasting drum.  All drums are hand made with pride by us; each is fully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality control. 

We have made countless drums, all by hand.  One of our finest is 100% stainless steel, 100% welded construction; they are of the highest quality and craftsmanship and will last a lifetime.
