Shipments

Unless item offer indicates otherwise, orders are generally dispatched within 4 business days after receipt of payment and any information we request to fulfill the order (as most of our products are custom made).  U.S. destination orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our sole discretion.  International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.  Since everything we sell is custom made to order, all sales are final. 

Shipping fees are fully dependent upon item and destination of shipment, and include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  We do not combine shipping on items as we found it best to ship each item separately and well protected in its own shipping box.   All items are shipped from our workshop in Connecticut.
